Smart Rice Direct Seeding Machine

The Intelligent Precision Rice Direct Seeder is a seeding and fertilizing device that enables precise control of seed and fertilizer delivery via a smart app. It uses a fan to evenly distribute seeds or granular fertilizer into the soil. Compatible with mainstream rice transplanters such as Kubota and Yanmar, the machine completes fertilization and seeding in a single pass.

When equipped with a side deep fertilization unit, it enables precise subsoil fertilization—4.5 cm to the side of the seed band and at a depth of 5 cm—achieving the ideal effect of "fertilizing the rice, not the weeds."

This machine eliminates the need for seedling cultivation and transplanting, saving nursery field space and labor, and reducing planting costs. Technologically, it supports variable rate control based on operating speed and features intelligent operation. It is equipped with sensors such as radar speed detection, missed seeding and material level monitoring. With a seeding accuracy exceeding 98%, it offers intelligent synchronization, precise positioning, fault alerts, and especially accurate control of seeding volume.
