Pre shipment quality inspection
1. Preliminary screening and inspection

2. Detailed quality inspection
● Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the appearance and structure
Whether the components such as the casing, transmission system, and motor are intact and free from damage, deformation, or rust . At the same time, we will also check whether the connections between various components are firm to ensure that the robot will not malfunction due to structural issues during use.
● Functional testing
Drive and mobility testing
Ensure that the robot can start, move forward, backward, turn, and stop normally. During the testing process, we will simulate different terrains and slopes to test the robot's mobility and stability.
Homework system testing
Based on the specific functions of the robot, such as sowing, spraying medicine, weeding, etc., we will conduct corresponding homework system testing. This includes checking whether the homework device is installed correctly, whether it can operate according to the preset program, and whether the homework effect meets the requirements.
Control system testing
including remote control operation and autonomous navigation function. During the testing process, we will simulate various operational scenarios to verify the stability and reliability of the control system.
● Environmental adaptability testing
Due to the complex and ever-changing agricultural environment, robots need to have certain environmental adaptability. Therefore, before shipment, we will conduct the following environmental adaptability tests:
1. Waterproof and dustproof test: We will simulate harsh environments such as rainy and muddy days to test whether the robot's waterproof and dustproof performance meets the standards, ensuring that it can still work normally in humid and dusty environments.
2. Temperature adaptability test: We will simulate different temperature conditions (such as high and low temperatures) to test the robot's performance and stability under extreme temperatures.
3. Terrain adaptability test: We will simulate different terrains (such as flat terrain, hills, mountains, etc.) to test whether the robot's track system has good terrain adaptability and can work stably under different terrain conditions.
3. Recording and reporting
Quality inspection records: During the quality inspection process, we will provide detailed records of each inspection result, including product number, inspection items, inspection results, etc., for subsequent traceability and inquiry.
Quality inspection report: After the quality inspection is completed, we will generate a detailed quality inspection report, including the product's qualification status, existing problems, and handling suggestions, for customer reference.
4. Preparation for shipment
Packaging and Packaging: For products that have passed quality inspection, we will carry out professional packaging and packaging to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation.
Shipping list verification: We will verify the shipping list to ensure that the quantity, model, specifications, and other information of the shipped goods are consistent with the order.
Delivery time confirmation: We will confirm the delivery time with the customer to ensure that the product can be delivered to the customer's hands on time.
