The Robot Training Event For Vineyards In Fangshan District Was Successfully Held At The Annual Winery
Enhancing the mechanized management level of vineyards in Fangshan District
Promoting the sustainable and high-quality development of the winery's wine industry

On May 22, 2024, a grape robot demonstration and training event hosted by the Beijing Fangshan District Culture and Tourism Bureau Red Wine Center and Fangshan District Winery Wine Association was held at the annual winery. This event not only showcased the latest intelligent agricultural protection robot technology, but also provided participants with a rich practical experience and knowledge exchange platform to promote the sustainable development of the wine industry.
Introduction of the Event by the Secretary General of Fangshan District Winery Wine Association / General Manager of the Annual Winery
Sun Wei, Secretary General of the Fangshan District Winery Wine Association and General Manager of the Annual Winery, introduced the development and history of the wineries in the Fangshan region. He showcased how the wineries combine traditional grape growing methods with modern technology to enhance the mechanization level of vineyard management. His enthusiastic presentation marked the beginning of the day's activities for the guests.

Presentation by the Head of Shaanxi Shangyida IoT Technology Co., Ltd.
Shi Yuan, the leader of the “Grape Genius” robot project, introduced the advanced technology and applications of intelligent agricultural maintenance robots to relevant personnel of wineries in Fangshan District.

He explained how these robots can improve vineyard management efficiency and operating procedures through intelligent operations. He emphasized the robot's versatility, including the ability to operate at night and adapt to stable operations on a variety of terrains. Through technical demonstrations and explanations, participants can more intuitively understand the working principles of robots and their contribution to modern agriculture.
Field Robot Debugging and Operation Demonstration
Demonstration of robotic operation in the vineyard. Participants followed the technical team to the vineyard and witnessed with their own eyes the blue intelligent agricultural protection robotshuttled between the rows, carrying out pesticide Spraying and weeding operations. Technicians conducted on-site debugging of the robot and demonstrated its precise operation capabilities. It not only demonstrated the practicality of the robot, but also reflected the advancement of modern agricultural technology.

On-site Guidance by Professors Li Hua and Wang Hua from Northwest A&F University
During this vineyard robot demonstration and training event, Professors Li Hua and Wang Hua from the College of Enology at Northwest A&F University provided on-site guidance on vineyard planting and management techniques.
Professor Li Hua: Ph.D. in Viticulture and Enology from the University of Bordeaux II, former representative of the 9th and 10th National People's Congress, second-level professor at Northwest A&F University, doctoral supervisor, and lifelong honorary dean of the College of Enology. He founded Asia's first College of Enology, established China's three major systems for grapes and wine, and laid the scientific foundation for China's viticulture and enology discipline.

Professor Wang Hua: Ph.D. in Science, second-level professor, doctoral supervisor, and former dean of the College of Enology at Northwest A&F University and director of the Laboratory of Viticulture and Enology. He is a member of the China Wine Technical Committee, director of the Imported Wine Expert Committee of the China Alcoholic Drinks Association, chairman of the Expert Committee of the Shaanxi Province Wine Chamber of Commerce, president of the Shaanxi Fruit Industry Association Wine Branch, and executive vice president of the Grape Branch.
On-site Vineyard Inspection
The annual general manager of the winery led Professor Li Hua, Professor Wang Hua and relevant personnel of each winery to conduct an on-site inspection of the vineyard. This walking inspection not only allowed the students to observe the growth of grapes, but also allowed us to further understand the practical application of intelligent agricultural protection robot technology in actual planting.

Through this on-site inspection, participants further comprehended the importance of enhancing the mechanized management level in grape cultivation. Implementing mechanized management in vineyards is crucial for the sustainable and high-quality development of the winery's wine industry.
