Shangyida’s journey began in 2017. In its early days, the team focused on outsourced projects from institutions such as the Army Border and Coastal Defense Academy and PetroChina. In 2018, invited by the government of Yumen City, the team entered the agricultural technology track with its first-generation fuel-powered agricultural robot designed for goji berry plant protection.

Following its official registration in 2019, Shangyida established a development strategy centered on intelligent navigation technology and pioneered a smart solution system covering the entire industrial chain of economic crops—from planting, management, harvesting to sales. That same year, it released the second-generation agricultural robot, upgrading its mobility system to electric drive, thus initiating its electrification transformation. In 2020, the third-generation all-electric model featured optimized mechanical structure and a wind-Spray system.
